Nearly 250,000 sqft of new construction improvements and premier resort-style amenities were built on the 10 acre site and successfully sold over a two year cycle.

A landmark but dilapidated resort in a main tourism corridor had been shuttered for years. In partnership with an experienced development, we devised a plan to convert the resort to condominium units for individual sale. The major renovation produced quality products to fill a need for affordable investment opportunities for buyers. The project is a boon for both the development and for the community as a whole as this highly visible property was given new life.

The Kimberling Inn was a well known condominium resort on the shores of Table Rock Lake, attracting visitors for many years. In partnership with an experienced development, we converted the resort to a condominium, offering existing units to individual buyers as investment opportunities and for personal vacation home use. The project was received enthusiastically, selling 75% of the available inventory within only a few weeks.
